A procurement support service offering North East businesses advice, support and assistance to identify and win public and private sector contract opportunities across a range of services including housing, infrastructure and major sporting events.
Our tailored service assists the North East business community to become more effective in competing for contract opportunities by helping identify and overcome the barriers which prevent them from tendering or winning new contracts.
Our dedicated team are on hand to help North East businesses publish a business profile on CompeteFor, the free service that allows businesses to find and compete for contract opportunities linked to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Crossrail project and from other major public and private sector supply chains.
Since launching in 2009, Compete North East has already helped North East businesses secure contracts to the value of £40 million.
